1. Introduction

Welcome to adiga.ai/chat ("Service"), an AI-powered Circassian chatbot developed and operated by adiga.ai ("we", "us", or "our"). adiga.ai utilizes artificial intelligence models, including but not limited to Anthropic's Claude technology, hosted on infrastructure provided by Supabase, to provide automated responses to user queries and facilitate interactive discussions.

By signing up, logging in, accessing, or using adiga.ai/chat, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use adiga.ai/chat.

2. Eligibility

You may only use adiga.ai/chat if you are at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if older) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Acceptance and Modifications to Terms

By accessing or using adiga.ai/chat, you confirm your agreement to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and potentially through other means (e.g., notice within the Service). Your continued use of adiga.ai/chat after changes constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Description of the Service

• 4.1. Functionality: adiga.ai/chat allows users to interact with an AI language model focused on the Circassian language. It provides responses based on user inputs ("Inputs") generating text, information, and ideas ("Outputs").
• 4.2. AI Outputs: Outputs are generated by AI models and may not always be accurate, complete, reliable, or up-to-date. Outputs do not constitute professional advice (e.g., legal, medical, financial). You should verify information independently and consult qualified professionals when needed. Outputs reflect the capabilities of the AI model and do not necessarily represent our views.
• 4.3. Service Availability: We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts or all of the Service at our discretion.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to use adiga.ai/chat to:

• – Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms.
• – Generate, transmit, or promote content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
• – Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.
• – Attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with, or disrupt the Service, its servers, or networks (including those of Supabase or Anthropic).
• – Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
• – Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying components (like models or algorithms) of the Service, except as permitted by law.
• – Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation.

6. Privacy

Your use of adiga.ai/chat is subject to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review it carefully.

7. Intellectual Property

• 7.1. Our Rights: We and our licensors (e.g., Anthropic for its models, Supabase for its platform components) own all rights, title, and interest in and to adiga.ai, including the underlying software, technology, trademarks, and content (excluding User Content).
• 7.2. Your Content (Inputs & Outputs): You retain ownership of the Inputs you provide to the Service, subject to the license granted below. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a right to use the Outputs generated for your permitted use.
• 7.3. License to Your Content: By submitting Inputs to adiga.ai/chat, you grant us and our affiliates and service providers (like Anthropic) a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute your Inputs and the resulting Outputs solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, securing, and improving the Service.
• 7.4. Use of Content for Improvement (Opt-Out Available): As further detailed in our Privacy Policy, unless you opt-out via your account settings, you also grant us the right to use your Inputs and Outputs (collectively, "User Content") to develop and improve our Service, the underlying AI models, and related technologies. This may include using User Content for training purposes and potentially creating aggregated or anonymized datasets. You can manage your preference for this use in your account settings.

8. Disclaimers

• 8.1. "As Is": The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement.
• 8.2. No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that Outputs will be accurate or reliable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or (d) any other matter relating to the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Third-Party Services

adiga.ai relies on third-party services (e.g., Supabase, Anthropic, Cloudflare). Your use of the Service constitutes acknowledgment that these third parties are involved. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of these third parties.

12. Term and Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated. You may terminate by ceasing to use the Service and deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without notice. Provisions intended to survive termination (e.g., Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) shall survive.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where adiga.ai is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14. General

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding adiga.ai. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely.
